Be a Part of the 2026 WISE Inclusive Excellence Series
The WISE Inclusive Excellence Series is designed to bring your desire to be an inclusivity ally to a place where you have the tools and knowledge to lead change within your organization and community. Our customized program is tailored to our WISE community and is designed to be easy to participate in, with all sessions being virtual.
There are two different ways in which WISE members can participate:
- You can register for one the professional development tracks: Leadership or Personal Growth.
- If you participated in last year’s program, you can either register for a new track or join the 2025 Cohort Program. This group brings all of the tracks together to learn from one another.
The Professional Development Tracks
- Leadership Track – Giving leaders ways to lead and manage diverse teams.
- Personal Growth Track – Informing and educating individuals who want to learn more about themselves and how everyday interactions impact inclusivity.
The following schedule applies for each track. All sessions are scheduled from 12:00pm – 1:30pm CST.

Registrants will receive a participant guide after registration is confirmed so they can review the requirements for earning a Badge of Completion. Registering for more than one track is allowed, but as the time commitment is high, it is recommended to do one track.
The Inclusive Excellence Cohort Program
This program is designed for participants who completed at least one Learning Track in previous years. Based on survey feedback, all track participants will come together for (4) 90-minute sessions. Pre-work will be assigned, and sessions will include learning session breakouts for each track. Discussions will be facilitated.

Registrants will receive a Participant Guide after registration is confirmed so they can review the requirements for earning a Badge of Completion. Engaging in the Leadership or Personal Growth track(s) is encouraged, but not required, for registering for the Cohort Program.
To register, your company must be a WISE partner, and all registrants must be complimentary WISE members.
