Patti Corbett Hansen
Patti is the visionary founder and president of Corbett Consulting Group (CCG). With a rich career that began under the mentorship of Roger W. Birkman, Ph.D., the creator of The Birkman Method, Patti gained unparalleled experience in the field, spending 13 years providing Introductory and Advanced certification training to over a thousand clients as the Training Director. In her role as Consultant Director, she guided hundreds of independent Birkman consultants, sharing her extensive knowledge and insight.
In 2000, Patti founded Corbett Consulting Group to focus on the work she enjoys most: working directly with clients and applying her Birkman expertise to address their unique challenges. While she occasionally continues to offer Birkman certification, her primary focus is on working with intact work teams and providing executive coaching to individual executives. Recognizing the evolving needs of her clients, Patti has recently begun to offer learning modules for online education, including live webinars, recorded podcasts, and on-demand webinars.
Patti’s commitment to continuous self-improvement and her passion for building meaningful relationships is evident in both her professional and personal life. Outside of her work, Patti cherishes spending time with her loved ones, baking cookies with her six grandchildren, gardening, and traveling to cooler destinations. Her love for connecting with others and fostering personal growth continues to drive her success and influence as a top leader in the field.
