Certified in the Birkman Method®, he uses this remarkable program in coaching, speaking, and training to help people see how their work style affects both their professional and personal lives. His academic journey led him to an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Columbia University and a B.A. in History from the University of Virginia. Kevin holds additional certifications in individual and team coaching from Goldvarg Consulting Group, business transformation through AI from INSEAD, violence prevention with Jackson Katz, and mindfulness fundamentals from Mindful Schools.
His roots in education—as a teacher, coach, dean, and director of student leadership—have instilled a deep respect for the learning process, teamwork, and the importance of being responsive to each individual's journey. Being part of the University of Virginia's 2006 National Championship lacrosse team and serving in four remarkable schools, across different states, has profoundly influenced his approaches to teamwork and leadership.
Now, as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, Kevin specializes in supporting early-stage founders and emerging leaders, especially in the tech sector. He offers one-on-one and team coaching, and he is a Founding Coach for two AI companies, helping build positive, high-performing cultures from the ground up.
